Loss of a loved one may leave you feeling angry, frustrated, and devastated. Talking to someone during this time is a good way to express all of those emotions with complete confidentiality. There can be waves of guilt that amplify the emotional distress. 

There are healthy ways to manage grief and help ease your pain. While grieving, you may feel all of the intense negativity of depression and that can be startling. 

*Dr. Pearson will also work with you over loss of a pet. That pain is also devastating and she will respect your emotional distress at this difficult time.
